01. Download with our Downloader
Just click on Get our Downloader in order to install it, then follow the instructions.
Click on Save File in order to save the downloader on your computer.
Then double click on the DownloadSetup.exe file to launch the installation.
Choose your language then click OK.
Choose a destination folder then click on Install.
Then go back in your account or your confirmation email and click on Fast Download.
You will be asked to choose an application to run the Downloader, just click OK as the default will set to Metaboli Downloader.
The Downloader will be displayed as it will also ask you to choose where do you want to save the game's files.
Choose a destination folder and click OK.
The download will start immediately.
Once the download is done, click on Install Game.
You can also manually download the game with the File 1, File 2 etc.
The number of displayed files depends on the game.
Important: you need to download all the files and check your disk space to install your game properly.

The last update of our downloader will allow you to send us an error log in order to help you if you have any issue regarding the download of your games. You just have to click on the "Send Report" button in the Client Service tab.
Save the error log number and send it to our customer service.
